Hester- I have to tell you I really enjoyed this awesome video! You did an outstanding job of filming and narrating thru every process. Fantastic job on the tune up and brake overhaul! Awesome stuff!!!!!!!!
I appreciate your through inspection . Good quality work.
Thanks! I have this exact same mower and it is difficult to find videos for this one since it is so old. This video is tremendously helpful!
great video! Easy to understand. I might even attempt some maintenance myself!
That's the exact same mower I'm working on. Ours is the 15.5 Kohler. I think I have a valve issue..possibly intake push rod..we'll see. We both know it's definitely NOT the fuel pump! lol
I was thinking about the oil release system on the riding mower. What do you think about installing a little pipe on the end of the oil stem with a shut off value of some type? taking into consideration you would need to pipe thread a small extension of pipe with a 90 degree elbow which would eliminate oil running were it shouldn't
awesome video. learned alot thanks
I was thinking about using clear fuel line. That good brand, used it on my chain saw. Now I'm going to get some for sure. What ID and OD for a mower, what brand?
Great job of explaining everything thing
I have a craftsman ltx 1000 kohler 18hp. Had spark when it came here. Died after 30 minutes. New coil, no spark. I'm stumped any help would be greatly appreciated . Love what you do. Very informative. I'm in northern ontario. Please help.
Thanks for the great video! Where do I look for parts for this tractor?
It’s best to remove all covers every year and clean it out
They don’t like heat sink and it’s best to use on engine by coils
For the love of God, HOW DO YOU REPLACE AN AXLE SEAL on these mowers?!?!? I have an LT1000 that suddenly dumped transaxle oil from the right rear tire. I've seen countless videos online of replacing axle seals that are PLASTIC and also on the OUTSIDE. These LT1000 seals are on the INSIDE correct? Is there a way to replace them without removing and opening the entire transaxle, or buying another one??? I feel there must be a way to rig it to stop fluid from leaving. Any ideas? Thanks... Chris
I like your spark plug gap gauge . Where can I buy one? Thanks
first thing I do when I get a new mower is take back tires off and antisizse the axles , been there with pullers and heat before never again , to change a tire ,
Does anyone know what is the name of the part is? it's the base where the air filter is. I have a crack in that air pipe going to carburetor. Not sure that the part name is
Hi...Question. I see my headlamps aren't working. I replaced the 1156 bulbs. Cleaned the sockets with electrical cleaner, and put a lil bit of silicone on the contact of the bulb. Buttoned it back up,turned the key to lights...and no lights. I can hear the magnetic plunger going up and down in the carb solenoid, when the key is turned on and off...so the key switch is working. I also cleaned the plug to plug contacts to the lights wiring harness. Still no lights. What gives??? Thanks for any input to this...
what was the name of the blue fuel line you used? thanks
You should not be running a customer down so much. He is paying you to do a job. Your job is to repair the mower. That’s all I want to see, and hear.
